Class schedule for MLK Jr day Monday 1/18.
There WILL be the 5:30am, 8:30, 9:30, 5, and 6 classes.
There will NOT be the 6:30am, 12noon, and 4pm classes.

Lots of Fran PRs yesterday and I know there were even more than this…write it down guys!!! We trained all month for Fran and it paid off! If you weren’t able to re-test on Monday come in any time this week and get her done! In February we will train to better our “Nutts” time!
Our friends over at CrossFit X-Factor lost one of their CrossFit Kids to a Sudden Epilectic Seizure on Dec 12th, 2014. She always wanted a WOD named after her, and tomorrow we will honor her with just that! Our community stands together for Olivia. Rest in peace sweet CrossFit girl!
